The recipient has not received the card.
If a recipient hasn't received your ecard, please double-check the accuracy of your recipient's e-mail address.
If the e-mail address is correct, please go to the card history and see if your card is there.
If the card was sent and the recipient didn't receive it, his/her internet service provider could have moved the card email to a bulk/spam folder for some reason. You can ask the recipient to check the bulk/spam folder for the card email.

If you are not satisfied with your membership and our service, we will refund your membership fee within the first 30 days. Just send us a request.
How do I 1) see the status of the cards sent/scheduled, 2) change card message, 3) change email message, 4) change schedule, and 5) add more recipients to a scheduled card?
Go to the card history. You can see the status for each "card group". When you sent/scheduled a card, all the recipients you created for this card belong to this "card group". In the Action drop down menu, you can perform the following actions. Here is a short video tutorial.
1) Click the tracking to see the status of the card sent to each recipient.
2) Click the edit card to change card greetings & message.
3) Click the edit ingo to change email subject & message.
4) Click the change date to change the schedule.
5) Click the send more to add/delete recipients.

- add an address manually
- add an address from the address book
We strongly suggest you send yourself a card to see how it works.
Here is the instruction to send a card immediately or for a later date:
Choose a card. Click the "SEND THIHS CARD" button to edit the card greeting & card message.
Double click into the card greeting & card message to edit the text.
Click the "CONTINUE" button to edit the card info.
Enter the sender name. Your name is pre-populated. You can modify the name.
Enter the optional email subject and email message. This will show up inthe card pickup email sent to the recipient(s).
Enter the recipient name and recipient email address. Click the "ADD" button to add this recipient to the sending list. The recipient info will appear in the list below. You can continue adding more recipients. After sending, the recipients in this list will be added automatically to your address book.
You can also add recipients from your address book by clicking the "ADDRESS BOOK" button.
In the popup address book, click the "ADD" button to add any recipient. The recipeint will show up in the send list below this popup window. When you are done adding recipeints, click the "x" button on the top right corner to close this popup window.
Click the "SCHEDULE DELIVERY" to send this card for a later date.
A schedule popup window will appear. Click the "delivery date & time zone" and select a later date and a time zone, if different from the default time zone. Click the "SAVE" button to save this schedule. A confirmation message will be displayed above. Click the "X" button on the top right corner to close this popup window. The schedule will be displayed at the bottom of the page below.
Click the "REVIEW" button to review the card greetings and card message.
Click the "SEND" button to send/schedule the card.
You will see a confirmation page that the card has been sent/scheduled. You can click the "CARD HISTORY" button to see the status of the card. If the card has not been sent yet, you can edit the card greeting, card message, email subject, email message, recipient list, and the schedule. You can click the "SEND MORE" button to add more recipients (if the card has not been sent) or to create another card with the card greeting, card message, email subject, and email message pre-populated from this card.
